Full Property Refurbishment
We recently completed an end to end refurbishment of this home.
The project included a wrap around double story extension, a replacement kitchen and bathroom and some bespoke joinery items, including a hand made solid oak staircase.
The project included a full re-wire and all plumbing works to be completed as well as some significant structural alterations to the property.
Single Storey Extension
On this project, we added a single story extension to the rear of our client’s property to increase floorspace on the ground floor.
Utilising a lantern to attract light from the roof space, we also added bi-fold doors to the garden opening to create a flow from the property into the garden space.
We finished the property with a small stepped area into the garden and rendering to the extension.
